Dan Whiffin's construction career began in Chicago buying and rehabbing HUD homes for resale. After moving to Texas in the mid-1980s, he built a strong home-building background through sales, land acquisitions, construction management, land development, banking relationships, custom home building, high-end luxury homes, remodeling, and hazard-damage restoration.
He now leads Chappell Pointe Properties with a focus on craftsmanship, innovation, and client relationships across Texas.
Michael Vinson is a Texas-licensed oil and gas attorney and real estate investor. His background in energy includes title and prospect work, drilling programs, and mineral acquisitions.
For the past decade, Michael has also been buying, remodeling, and operating income-producing real estate. He currently operates short-term rentals on Lake Granbury and brings hands-on experience evaluating acquisitions, managing renovations, and operating investment properties.
Michael lives in Granbury, Texas, with his wife Andrea and their two sons, Jaxon and Leon. He also serves as a deacon at his local church.
